Welcoming new tenants to White Rose Park

2023 has seen a host of new arrivals at White Rose Park, who’ve added almost 1,000 people to our thriving WRP community. As we head towards 2024 we thought what better time to take the opportunity to look back over the year and explore who has joined us.

The year kicked off with our good friends, and health and wellness partners, zeno, taking 1,633 sq ft in Building 3. Having the expanding team on site has helped us take our community health and wellness offerings to the next level, with much more to come in 2024.

In March we welcomed electronics manufacturer Hisense to their new 12,478 sq ft grade A office in 1 Munroe Court; closely followed in May by the 800 strong team from Leeds Community NHS Healthcare Trust incorporating GP confederation and ICH, who took occupation of 18,900 sq ft alongside zeno in Building 3.

September saw Rangoli Radio set up their first permanent studio in The Hub, where they broadcast their shows to listeners all around the world. Click here to listen live from their website.

Most recently, we were proud to be able to support the amazing work of Battle Scars charity, whom we met a few years ago when they were acknowledged at the Leeds Compassionate City Awards, providing them with a home for their Leeds Mental Health Crisis Centre. With a fresh lick of paint the 10,000 sq ft re-named ONWARD building, taken on a 7 year lease, gives Jenny and her team a space where they can positively impact the lives of many people in Yorkshire and around the world for years to come.

After a transformative year, we can’t wait to see what 2024 brings to the Park, our on-site community and the wider region.
